Workspace^™ is the award-winning software used to create and assemble the interactive lesson content you control with the Mobi View^™, Mobi^™, and DualBoard^™. Workspace’s open design allows you to incorporate and work with teaching materials in multiple formats from any source, including topic-aligned ExamView^® content and question banks, web-based content, and third-party curricula. Workspace^™eliminates worries about any importing or compatibility issues.

Student-centered collaboration

Workspace^™ software provides the platform for multi-user collaboration with Mobi^™ and DualBoard^™. It is also able to accept simultaneous input from up to 9 users, allowing everyone in the class to participate, collaborate, and interact with each other.

Resources and tools

Use the Workspace^™ content capture tool to access any screen content, including text, pictures, graphics, videos, audio files, and Flash animations.
Workspace^™ includes more than 4,000 teaching resources, from engaging images and animations to complete interactive lessons, organized and searchable by subject area.
Workspace^™ also houses an extensive Flash library called SIMS that contains interactive animations and simulations you can use as warm-up exercises, enrichment, and remediation to enhance the learning experience.

Workspace™ LE

Workspace™ Limited Edition (LE)

In order to be an actor in the development of practices and to promote sharing of digital educational contents, eInstruction has developed in the framework of a Cooperation agreement together with certain Ministries of Education a specific version of the Workspace software, called Workspace LE. It can be used by teachers, trainers, managers and students, independently of an interactive whiteboard, mobile or not, and allows the creation, modification and sharing of interactive and multimedia lessons in an intuitive way. Users will have access to all the functionalities of the Workspace software, except the Freehand Text and Shape recognition tools which are activated upon connecting an eInstruction solution such as our new mobile interactive whiteboard, the MobiView.

Add multimedia content

Workspace LE is a simple and adaptable interactive software. Our software's evolution, at its roots, is an organic process that pulls ideas for enhancement form many places especially user feedback. Used with or without the DualBoard, our software allows you to create or modify multimedia lessons and share them in an intuitive way.

Workspace Limited Edition is a version specifically made in cooperation with National Education Ministries. It is a complete and free software that can be used indefinitely.

Interactive tools

With its gallery, you can add multimedia content to your lessons. "Drag and Drop" easily resources in the Workspace or add your own images and animations.

Multi-User Mode

Up to 9 at a time

Workspace^™ allows up to 9 students or groups to display their work simultaneously through its multi user mode. This allows students to collaborate and learn from other students like never before.

Students can also display their work in "sandbox" mode so they can annotate and work together within one larger display area, collaborating within the same space for greater engagement and cooperation. The entire class can follow along as students show their work, so everyone pays attention, participates, and learns. Only eInstruction can help you create a classroom where students work together like this.

Mobi Student-Centered Learning Pack^™

Combine Workspace^™ with the Mobi Student Centered Learning Pack^™ and students can collaborate from their seats while sharing their work at the front of the class. The learning pack includes 3 Mobi^™ Learners and a docking station. Students can use up to 9 Mobi^™ Learners at a time for increased participation, and to help drive better understanding and achievement. Mobi^™ Learners are ideal for the entire class.

Mobi View^™

Mobi View™ mobile interactive whiteboard lets you do so much more with Workspace™. Annotate over any lesson content while moving around the room. Control Workspace™ and the entire lesson from Mobi View™ touch screen. Mobi View^TM annotation screen emulates the default icons in Workspace^TM but can be customized to include ANY of the Workspace^TM tools.
